Our Client is the worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing and marketing of hard disc drives, providing products for a wide-range of Enterprise, Desktop, Mobile and Consumer Electronics applications.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of production process, including equipment set-up and maintenance, production/fabrication, test, production training, and machine/tool making.
Job Descriptions:
1) Response for all production activities / areas to support on-time delivery with lowest cost and highest quality.
2) Lean functional development and implementation.
3) Support new technologies and technical development.
4) Be able to manage large organizations including managers , lead supervisors , supervisors and operators including full co-operation technical team and organizations inside and outside Thailand.
5) Develops operations-related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures.
6) Maintains safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility.
7) Drive for company's strategy implementation with excellent results for cost, quality , delivery and people. Provides strategic leadership and management to a multi-function organization or complex, integrated single function
Job Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- Experienced in manufacturing from multi-function organization
- Possess at least 5 years in managerial position
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Toeic at least 600
Additional Qualifications:
- More experiences in management level (Senior Manager or Director)
- Background experience in Hard Disk Drive or the same industry of Seagate.
- Background experience in Manufacturing Management (scale 2,000 people)
- Their expectation for compensation align with structure of Seagate.
- Experience in Slider Operation is advantage.
- Prefer Thai Local people if possible.
- Excellence in English communication.

- Did you graduate at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering?
- Do you have a good command in English and have TOEIC Score 600up ?
- Do you have experienced in manufacturing from multi-function organization and 5 years in managerial position ?
- Do you have experience in Hard Disk Drive or the same industry and experience in Manufacturing Management (scale 2,000 people) ?
