IT Application Manager (CRM& Sales Application)

Job Description
Our client has the business experience in stationery and office equipment for more than 40 years. Now the Company has registered capital of Baht 80 million and paid-up capital of Baht 80 million.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to business analysis efforts supporting a new application system. Define requirements related to change requests and implement changes based upon requests and best practices.
- Play a hands-on role in customization and CRM application enhancement, leveraging experience with built-in admin, reporting, data migration, and development tools.
- Consulting and primary trainer to field, support staff for each department while system roll out to production.
- Work with System Engineer, IT development and vendor implementer to further integration between existing system, TMS, WMS, Supply Chain software, Oracle BI, CRM and e-Commerce system.
- Play a lead role in evaluating new technologies and development plans for their implementation.
- Support user requests to migration data between existing system and new system.
- Develop and maintain documentation regarding a system configuration, application workflow, and business rules.
Job Qualification
- Male/Female age 30-40, Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Computer science, IT, MIS, MBA or related field.
- 4 years college degree in a related technical discipline, preferably with business background
- 2 years’ experience supporting one or more production CRM environments, preferably CRM sales and service on cloud:
o Application customization
o Reporting tools
o Data import/export
o Case Management and Knowledge Management
- Experience with configuration/implementation of retail application.
- Experience with Supply Chain System
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in business and functional requirement writing.
- Demonstrated project discipline and experience. Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverables dates.
- Understanding of retail business, e-commerce and technical process interrelationships is essential.
- Experience training/leading mid to large size groups.
- Strong planning & organizing, decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be a team player, be enthusiastic and fast learner, with good technical and business acumen
- Be able to work at Silom, Nongjok upcountry (depend on project requirement)

Location: Silom (be able to work at Nongjok, Bangna or upcountry)
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (8.30-18.30)
